Metro Asset Management’s Director Craig Ferguson has in excess of 30 years experience in the property industry and is a Licensed Strata and Community Managing Agent.

He is a past director (4 years) with the industry based professional body The Institute of Strata Title Management and was admitted as a fellow to the Institute in 2004. Craig Ferguson has been a senior lecturer to this body for over 15 years.

Metro Asset Management holds membership with the Strata Community Australia (SCA) and the Urban TaskforceAustralia.
